Lately all I've submitted are webdesigns.
It's because I'm now studying Web Development and Design (Devine).

It's summer break now, and I've got 3 exams to re-do. (out of 10)
Shouldn't be a problem.


I've been playing Starcraft 2, such a great game.
True Blizzard quality.
I might get a little competitive action going on there, but I'd rather put my time in my druid. (WoW)


I might get some different deviations done after the exams, maybe some paintings.

We'll see.


[Edit] Passed all exams, on to the 2nd year. Also a little preoccupied to make much art. ^^;

Winter Wonder Land

Hello again,


School demands alot of my time, but I try to slack whenever I can.
Last few weeks were holidays and I had some time to shoot a few nice pictures.

I'll be putting them online over the rest of the day, hope you'll enjoy them.
Some as artwork, others a wallpapers.
If you'd like to have a resized version of any of them, just poke me.


And after that, back to working on my 3D, CCS and Creativity exams...

3D:
I need to model and texture a part of a city.
So, a 20-something meters of houses and the things which belong in front of them, such as mailboxes, plants, traffic signs.

CCS[Content Creation Skills a.k.a. Drawing]:
Not quite sure of what we need to do, I didn't think it usefull have have despair stacked on my list of "oh shit" feelings.
But I seem to remember something about design a 20 square meters apartment, for an imaginary person we thought up during Creativity.

Creativity:
Think up an original game concept.
We missed a few lessons due to days off and so we be having those during the next week.
Isn't that great? (No. It's not.)


*swats another fruit fly*
The darn things are everywhere! =O
They got out of the Mantis cage and terrorize my trash bin! (and me!)


Well, back to being productive, and motivated, and *swats another fruit fly*.

Well, I just purchased a subscribtion, since it wasn´t that expencive and I wanted to try it out.
So far, I’m liking it, I can use CSS in my journal, as you can obviously see and there’s no more adds.
I want to keep the CSS adjustment simple for now, to see how it goes.


In other news:
It’s been a while (again) since my last journal, so alot has changed.

I finished “Technical informatics” succesfully with a finished project.
If anyone is interested, it’s still online at [michel.bgatc.be/sites/icat].
It’s not much, but I enjoyed making it.
Note me if you want to check out the admin features.

During my vacation, I’ve been working at my webdesign teacher’s company, Lithium.
Learned alot there, and it was alot of fun, even though I got sick the last three days I worked there.

I’ve been accepted into Digital Arts and Entertainment in Kortrijk, Belgium.
It’s been said that only 15% of the people get to the second year, so fingers crossed.

Dinged 3k views a while ago it seems.
Well, as you can see I'm still around, browsing DA every day.
Hope you guys are doing fine. :)

I've been very busy, because I chose to make a webshop for my last year project.
And I didn't know anything about PHP...
But I'm learning. *facepalm for not chosing VB*

I hope to start "Digital arts and entertainment" by next year, that's in Kortrijk [Belgium].
So I'll be going to live there during the week and come home in the weekends.
Digital Arts and Entertainment basically teaches how to make a game.
So, the C++ coding, the concept art, the 3D and the character development.

Anyway, 'nuff rant.
Hope to hear from anyone still stalking my page.
